Show recently I regraded my broadband package and added the xbox game pass that appear briefly on my products.
Now when I go to myBT products page there is no content partners in the products page and on my xbox account it shows an active subscription with xbox game pass ultimate. I have called over 8 times, one extremely rude customer service lying stating its Microsoft that deal with the subscription and no BT and refusing to help.
I've called multple times with customer support saying they have no records of my xbox game pass.
I'm extremly fustrated and want the XBOX game pass cancelled as this has been a waste of my time and is limiting my microsoft account and putting me into a problematic position as I've no control of the subscription now.

Phone support are clueless to whats going on.
@Moofers it will likely be later today or tomorrow before it will show in MyBT, it then gives you the option to opt out of the auto-renewal at the end of the subscription period. May I ask why you want to cancel it?

I'm unaware if its the paid subscription or the free version.
The regrade of my contract was yesterday too.

Just wanted to update i noticed on my xbox account it says expiry 06/05/2023. But nothing MyBT products page yet.
