I definitely want to make sure we point you in the right direction for getting this activated, have you tried calling the number within the error message?
Usually our Guides would raise a form to our support team, where this would be then investigated further.

I have tried the number given but the waiting time is too long and life's too short. I just can't understand why BT say this add on is available but then it cannot be added on! Very frustrating.
I appreciate nobody likes waiting on hold @Rector16, but I'm confident they'll be able to help you get this sorted out.
