Like many other people, I had a free gamepass ultimate sub from BT, this finished 2 months ago but Microsoft still shows this as being under the control of BT. When I check my broadband extras it shows me that I can add Game Pass to my account, and does not state that I currently have it.
I've tried to redeem a 1 month code as suggested on another thread to regain control, but receive the following error.

Tried a few more things, have tried hooking it back up to my BT account, that went through, then cancelled that so we'll see what happens on the 25th November.
I've still got at least a year of actual time left so need to get this unhooked asap.

I am having the exact same problem as in this thread I used a 12 month code from BT which is now long expired but my game pass still shows as under BT control.
I have called BT but nobody was able to help as it does not show on my account.
Can anyone help with this?
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
