Xbox Game Pass Renewal

Hi,

When I took out my broadband, it included Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

The Game Pass is now up for renewal but I cannot find any where in my account management page on how to check the renewal price etc.

Through the microsoft page, when I click Manage Subscription, it just takes me to the BT / EE login page.

Anyone have a link for me to use in order to manage  the Game Pass through BT please?

When you say that the Game Pass is now up for renewal, is this one that you had from before you took out your broadband and you now need to add the one that came with the contract?

This is what I see on the Microsoft page:

I've had Xbox Game Pass for a long time, when switching over to BT the deal included a 12 month Xbox Game Pass.

From memory I believe I either entered a redemption code or linked my accounts in order to apply the BT Game Pass to my Microsoft Account.

I get what you mean @mehtaman. There should be a section for Content Partners, which is where you'd manage the Game Pass. If you aren't able to see that, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Account & Billing guides, who can look into this further for you.

Had a chat with someone from the support team online and  they said it will auto renew for £12.99/m once the free period expires.
If I want to cancel they I just need to drop them another message.
