My new broadband package has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 12 months included at no extra cost. I have tried to activate it but it's showing an error message when I try to activate it as indicated, heading for the Content Partner section and clicking Add Now. I am getting an red "Error, please try again" message and I am not taken to the Microsoft Login Page. My new package was activated yesterday, so I am within the 14 days.
I already have an existing subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate I pay for, but I understand it's supposed to override it if activated via BT. Could you please help?
