Hello,
Signed up for Broadband in March - got free Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with it. Everything was working fantastically until today where it appears the subscription has ended, despite BT portal saying it shouldn't expire until March 2024.
Being passed pillar to post between Microsoft and BT - if anyone has any experience of something they can do to intervene and resolve that would be hugely appreciated.

I have been on the phone with BT for over an hour with no success, passed from pillar to post. Microsoft have confirmed this is due to BT and the codes being used. I'd appreciate it if someone can quickly resolve this.
