My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has suddenly started saying expired, even though I have a years free with my fibre 900 expiring 20/12/2024. Is anyone else having the same issue? Online chat support were useless, kept me waiting an hour and the gave me a number to ring at 2101 hours which said we are now closed !!! Grrrr!

I have spoken to BT support now, they are sending me a code for a new 12 month subscription which I should receive in the next 5 days. Good resolution! Thank you for replying to my post…I will await their email!
