Xbox Game Pass Ultimate says expired

My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has suddenly started saying expired, even though I have a years free with my fibre 900 expiring 20/12/2024. Is anyone else having the same issue? Online chat support were useless, kept me waiting an hour and the gave me a number to ring at 2101 hours which said we are now closed !!! Grrrr!

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if your Game pass is showing as expired. Send me in your details and I'll raise this with the Xbox Team.

I have spoken to BT support now, they are sending me a code for a new 12 month subscription which I should receive in the next 5 days. Good resolution! Thank you for replying to my post…I will await their email!
