I recently decided to renew my BT Broadband contract as it stated it came with a year of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate included for free. My email states to login to MyBT to activate but I cannot find anywhere for me to enable this. Can someone please look into this and resolve it for me?
On your renewal did you upgrade your broadband package as not for renewing existing package

Just renewed my contract as it stated on the offer that it came with 12 months of GamePass.
