Hi all, last year I took up an offer with BT that included 12 months of Xbox game pass. This has now elapsed but my Xbox account still says it is managed by BT. After chatting with BT Earlier they said it has been unlinked, but on my Xbox account it is still showing as being managed by BT and I cannot add a new subscription to my account.
Does anybody have a solution please?
