I got FF500 and it came with 6 months game pass ultimate.
I added my sons account and the offer is about to run out. What happens all the Ultimate he had before BT took over his Xbox account and when it expires will it go back to MS administering his Xbox account? I don't want BT dealing with his Xbox account.
I see loads of problems but no solutions to the BT Game Pass offer.
All I want is it to go back to the way it was before the 6 month offer and for all his months to still be in his account as he had almost 2 years still remaining on his Xbox Game Pass ultimate account, before taking this offer.

Hi @Wilted007 thanks for posting, that's exactly what should happen if you've opted out of the auto-renewal in MyBT. If there are any problems regaining control after the offer expires post back and we can raise a case with Microsoft.

Well as expected the account didn't return to it's previous state before taking up the offer.
Now when I go to my MS account it still says
Enjoy 100's of high-quality games with friends on console, PC and cloud.
Add now"Hi, @Wilted007 I'm sorry you have reason to complain, have you attempted to add any codes since the free offer period provided by BT finished? This often removes the managed by BT marker on the Xbox account. If that doesn't work we can raise a case with Microsoft to get that sorted.

I haven't any reason to redeem/add a code to the account. That and I can't afford to purchase anything just to get the account back to normal.
Could you just raise this with MS please?
