I had a month of Game Pass before I used BT's code for 6 months free. Those 6 months ended today, so it reverted back to my original subscription, which I can see on the Xbox app as it expires next month, whilst accessing BT it shows me on extra content that I have the option to buy Game Pass. However, when I go to my Microsoft account, it still says purchased through BT/EE, hence I cannot manage my Game Pass subscription. Is there any way to solve this?

Yeah, I believe once it was processed that the BT Game Pass expired, I was able to access my Xbox 360 account again on the same day. However, although that was my only issue, it still says that I purchased Game Pass from BT, hence I can't turn on/off auto renew.
