Hi.
I am a former BT Broadband customer and linked my Microsoft account to BT so that I could get the 12 months free Game Pass Ultimate.
However even though I left BT over a year ago, the Microsoft portal is saying the subscription is managed by BT/EE and provides a link back to the mybt.com portal.
I no longer have access to this portal and so cannot unlink my account. Microsoft are not helpful and have requested that I contact BT.
Can someone please look into this and unlink by account and return it to normal?
