Hi,
I recently swapped over the the Full Fibre 900 package that includes Xbox Game Pass for 12 months. I've followed the instructions to get the game pass activated (My products > Content partners > Add now) but every time I try it comes up with the error:
"We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."
I've tried doing as it says but it just sends me through to an automated bot that runs diagnostics on my broadband and there's no mention of querying the add-ons.
Anyone had a similar issue who would be able to help out?

I can take a look at this for you. Has your broadband been connected for more than 14 days now?
