I’ve upgraded to a new package & it says a free 12 month Game Pass subscription is included. When I try to activate it though, I keep getting the error message “We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2.” and when I call the number it just goes to a general faults line. Any ideas what to do? The text message said I have 14 days to activate it which is rapidly approaching & I don’t want to lose it.
when was your activation date. you need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has expired and then try going to MYBT content partners. i would wait bit longer that the 14 days - you will not lose your free game pass

I managed to get through and they filled out a form and said 7 working days.
No explanation as to why the website is not operating and giving the wrong extension information.
