Xbox game pass

Seen it posted a few times before but unable to activate the free 12 months of Xbox game pass. Did anyone manage to get this resolved?

if you read previous posts you see you need to wait at least until 14 day cooling off has elapsed since activation date.

after that try billing team message now and see if they can help  https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband

When did your broadband go live? Has it been more than 14 days as @imjolly mentioned?

Hi, 

 

it has been more than 14 days, I have managed to speak to the Accounts and Billing team and they have sent off the web form so fingers crossed I should be sorted in a week or so!

Brilliant, that is the right way to get it sorted. 

The webform goes off to our back office team and they'll email you the code within 7 working days.

If you've not had it after that, please let us know.
