I'm having a really rough time with BT at the moment after a smooth 6 or so years.
We had a terrible home move and now I've lost access to my XBOX game pass for a second time and again I'm being told I need to upgrade my package to "reactivate" it. I've had this new package not even 2 months.
The advisor has told me the only way I can get it back is to pay an extra £7 a month for a new package and extend my contract and I will get my game pass in 14 days.
I've tried the usual remove account and readd and power cycle, it says active on the xbox but says I need to renew when playing a game.
Can anyone help?
