Hi, I gifted my BT xbox pass to my nephew.  It expired a few months ago and has the same problem.  Please could a moderator resolve this for me too.  Thx

We no longer have account access to be able to look at this further for you here.

I did have a customer the other day who said he had purchased a one month code through Microsoft which took the management off EE/BT.

If that doesn't work, or you aren't in a position to buy a one month code, please contact our customer service guides who can look into this for you.
