Hi,

 

I'm getting the same when trying to activate my 12 month game pass.

Tried the Message us chat from the help page but apparently the web chat people don't have access to anything to help and just hand out customer services number with instructions to choose any option to speak to an agent after a 45 minutes queue wait.

If anyone can help me via PM, please get in touch!

The quickest way to get this activated would be by calling our customer care team. 

The team have account access and will ensure this is set up correctly for you on your account.

Been 7 days for me after they said they would send the code and still nothing, very disapointing.
