Xbox Ultimate Game Pass - Unable to add

There have been other posts on here about this, but I don’t seem to be able to add Xbox Ultimate Game Pass onto my account. Keeps saying “Unable to process your request. Please try again.”

Each time I try again, the same thing happens.

Checked what happened to others, and apparently, it was because the system was in maintenance. Is it the same again this time?!?

So, I have read more threads, and I really have no idea why BT would have a useless page on their website that’s meant to allow you to add the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass quickly… when a lot of people, who want to make use of it can’t actually trigger it online and have to call up the Help Desk.

Whoever is in charge of the BT website / UX Design deserves some stern talking to. If a page doesn’t work (and it seems to not have been working for a while)… then take it down or change the button to “Please call us”. Don’t frustrate customers with non-functioning buttons.
