Hi I upgraded to Full Fibre 900 and halo back in February and still haven’t received any information about Xbox game pass 12 month code. I’ve checked my emails just now how long does it normally take.

@McGrath1982 can you try the steps @Crimliar posted? You need to log in to MyBT with your BT ID details on a web browser, click Your Products and then scroll to the content partners section and it should be available to be claimed.
