Xbox game pass ultimate not showing in my account

Hi my BT broadband package started on Mon 9th Oct.

I have received a text to say I can now claim Xbox Game pass Ulimate 12 months included. 

But the content partners section is missing from the bottom of the "Your products" page.

Hi, @rsparey welcome to the community, and thanks for posting. I'm sorry about that, are you logging into MyBT using a web browser? And, is there more than one account showing when you log in?

Thanks for the reply, yes I'm logging in using chrome (on mac), and there is just one account showing.

@rsparey that's those issues ruled out then, is there an outstanding balance from your first bill at the moment?

yes, the first payment isn't taken until the 18th.
