Hi had the full fiber 500 broadband package and have just upgrade to the 900 mps broadband with ee it comes with a one year game pass ultimate I have two questions , 1 the current package game pass has run out but I can’t manage it anywhere it’s not on my bt app and when I press it on my Xbox it takes to the bt website but it’s still not there , 2 how do I access my 1 year game pass from the new Wi-Fi and how do I get it the activation date for this new service is the 24th is October , will I receive an email when the broadband is active if not when will I get it

Welcome to the community.

You'll get an an email after you have been connected on your new package for 14 days with instructions on what you need to do get the Xbox Game Pass up and running. 

If you don't hear anything, or have any trouble, get in touch with the EE team and they can help you to get it set up.
