I have recently upgraded my bt package and received the email to claim xbox game pass, I have tried on laptop etc and it's not showing to add on my products any help please
Hi, @Stephydee This can happen for a few reasons. When was your broadband upgraded and are there any outstanding bills? Also, you need to ensure you're logged in with the BT ID that has account holder status and that you're choosing the correct account number from the drop-down list, if there is more than one associated with your BT ID.
