bt cloud windows app does not work

I'm attempting to down load a very large number of files.

Using a browser is extremely painful and time consuming. Primarily because it seems to be very limited in now much can be downloaded and how deep the folder structure is allowed to be.

The latest BT cloud app just does not work. It starts then exits. It never downloads anything.

Is there another way to download my files before they are deleted?

Yes I have read this multiple times.

The desktop app creates the folder then immediately exits. It can not be restarted and you cannot gain access to any settings.

I have tried reinstalling, restarting the laptop and it still does not work...

I've tried an older version and it looks like it might work, however the application updates in place and then of course immediately stops working...

Are you using Windows 10 or 11? Curious because I’ve got both versions and I’ve noticed that BT Cloud on Win11 is working fine. But on Win10 it has stopped working. Not an issue for me but wondered if that’s the problem you’re having.

I was using Windows 11 (latest). However the answer is moot as the latest version of Bt cloud seems to work.
