hi i have watched the tutorials and i do not have any of the manage buttons to set up my broadband

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry for the problems you're having setting up BT Parental Controls.  When  you're logged into your BTID, click on "your security" as shown here:

Once you click on "Your security", you should see the option to activate BT Parental Controls:

Check that you've claimed the 'Account Holder' status on your BID? What's the difference between an Account holder and an Account manager in My BT? | BT Help

Can you try on a laptop or PC?
