can't update from McAfee to Norton using QR code on Samsung Galaxy Tab running android 11. Scan QR code ok, and follow link to Norton. Norton days either operating system incompatible or licencing issue., but than successfully updated on a mobile. so not licencing issue, and android 11 is supported.
