I received an email this morning stating that £115.00 had been added to my bill for not returning a BT TV Pro Box.
I was in conversation with a gentleman called David via private message on this forum a couple of months back who was dealing with problems that were occurring with my BT TV Pro Box. We eventually got everything working and things have been going great ever since then. David sent out a new BT TV Pro Box at no extra charge.
I am paying for an 'Extra Box' subscription but was running an old BT TV 4K UHD Box on my other TV. David managed to help me get the original BT TV Pro Box working so we agreed that I could keep both the new and original BT TV Pro Boxes. I obviously replaced the old BT TV 4K UHD Box with one of the BT TV Pro boxes so that I am running two of the same boxes.
I am not sure why I have been slapped with a £115.00 charge for not returning a BT TV Pro Box when David had clearly stated that I didn't have to do this. I am more than happy to return the BT TV 4K UHD Box that is packed away back in its original packaging.
I would appreciate if somebody could get back to me regarding this. I have messaged David directly on this forum but I am not sure whether he will pick it up.
