I subscribe to EE TV Full Works via BT which includes NOW and the Sky channels. It works fine on our main TV, but can I access the NOW channels on another device?
If I download the NOW app, it won't let me log in with my BT/EE credentials.
When I visit the 'manage my products' page on my BT account, NOW is listed but it doesn't let me add it to another device.
Advice please.
As you are an EE customer, you need to post on the EE forum https://community.ee.co.uk/
EE are a separate company within the BT Group.
@kippaxblue Yes, you are entitled to access your NOW channels and catch up material via the NOW app. Have you tried the NOW app on your EETV box to see if that works? If it does you should be able to see which email address has been used on your account as it will login automatically when it detects your broadband.
You should have been asked for your email address as part of the order, and you should have received an email asking you to set a password for your Now TV account. Unfortunately it's manual and agents are making many mistakes when typing email addresses.
So if you haven’t got that email do as @Brucemeister5 and access the NOW app on your Tv box and check that the email displayed is the correct one . If the email needs correcting then you will need to contact support.
[The manage your products on myBT etc is more about managing your Tv packages and NOW memberships rather than doing the routine stuff like monitoring and managing individual devices you use to view Now on. To watch on a device you install ( if necessary the NOW app ) login and start watching (assuming you are not at that moment at your concurrent device limit) ]
Very helpful, thanks. I discovered which email address was used to register for NOW, reset my password and can now watch the service on another device.
Thanks again.
