I think I’ve got the same issue. Turned TV box on today. First it had lost internet connectivity which we manage to re-establish and then none of the apps can be opened. Recordings are accessible - but no images are shown on the home page for any of them.
I guess they have fixed the problem here, as mine just started working again.

We have the same problem here. Pro box saying that there’s no broadband connection, and unable to access apps or watchlist. However, live channels delivered by broadband are all available to watch. Bizarre.

As others have posted, it’s OK now so must have been an issue BT/EE’s end with a change of year!
I still have issues, as of 22:10.
I’m holding off giving the all clear, or reporting any further bugs, until that BT Status no longer shows there are issues.
