I have a BT Freeview box, yet recently have had issues when using the Apps.
I cannot use any of the apps currently and when I try and update them manually I get an error message.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Which box model is it? Some of the really old ones are no longer supported.
@Gbrown831 It’s not possible to update the apps. Indeed the option has been removed on the Pro tv box. You may be able to perform a software update on your box which might resolve your issue with the apps.
Two solutions
1...if still under contract phone BT/EE and ask for a new box as yours no longer works
2..if it's your own box keep it for recording but invest in a vastly superior for apps Roku or firestick.
