Hi - so the box update worked for a few weeks, but now we are back to almost a daily requirement for a reboot - its such a pain and we have lost so many recordings, mid-record. Whereas before we needed to pull the power chord or hold the power button for a few seconds to reboot, it now seems to do a full reboot automatically, whenever we take it out of standby. Any ideas - this is our second box and is no better?
How strange. I have no such problems, I did see the occasional black screen when changing channels but for the last month or so that bug has gone away.

Recently I've been getting issues with recordings not playing. Just a black screen.
I'm on to my 3rd box. Getting so annoyed with this lame box now.
Hi, yes, still having problems although the last couple of nights it’s all turned on fine. I haven’t bothered speaking to the tech guys as generally all they’ve got me to do is wipe the box with a reset and little else. I’m resigned to over paying for a rubbish box. The update a few weeks ago worked well for maybe 21 days or so, but back to the same problems I had for the previous year. I hope everyone else is now having no problems at all (and hence the reduced number of issues reported on here), or is it that people are just as resigned to the issues as me?

3 boxes? There must be an underlying issue that's causing this. Have you spoken with any of our specialists about the issue?
