BT TV Box Pro set up

I just set up my new BT TV Box Pro after subscribing to Big Sport and need some advice please.

Every time I switch on, the box comes up with 'You are not subscribed to Sky Witness HD - Resolve or Back'

How do I stop this please - can I set a default start up program ?

Hi @tuanton thanks for posting. The TV box doesn't have a "default" channel per se, and will join the last channel selected. Sky Witness HD (Channel 356) is in a package you haven't got in your Big Sport package. 

Can you try this and let us know how you get on:

1. Press the Guide button and select another channel you have in your active subscription (or a Freeview channels like BBC1)
2. Put the box to active standby, then wake it up again after about 30s
3. Check that the previously selected channel is shown.

Thank you so much...  I used BBC1 HD, and now it's always coming back to this channel.
