Over the past few weeks the Now app has become really buggy on the BT TV Mini box.
Whenever the app launches it gets stuck on the loading circle. The only way to fix it is to launch another app, such as Netflix, and then try again.
This doesn’t happen on my Pro box. What’s causing this?
NowTV have probably updated the app and now the mini box isn't up to running it smoothly or effectively
Well yes but who is going to sort it?
The Mini box is not underpowered, it’s fast to use and Netflix is very responsive and fast on it. I think someone has coded something badly if you ask me, I see it as a fault that needs fixing.
There will probably be a youview or app update to correct it as soon as they can get round to it.
Unfortunately this issue has now spread to my BT TV Pro box too. Is there an update to the Now app coming to fix this?

Do you have any other issues with your other apps? Is your connection speed good?
