My remote has stopped controlling our Samsung TV and does not recognise “TV” in the Bluetooth setting. Has been working fine although we have suffered temporary blips from time to time but now seems to be a permanent change. Won’t control volume, source or menu. Source button doesn’t work on set top box either so the only way I can switch between say the dvd player and tv is to switch the box off and then back on again. Have tried resetting the box, the remote (home + 9) and Bluetooth settings but no joy. Any ideas? Thanks
