I am having trouble finding channels on the BT Pro Hub in Internet mode. The only channels available are AMC and BT sport channels which I don't have access to, nor are they in my plan.
My plan is entertainment so I should have access to freeview and some additional channels. I have seen a similar post earlier with almost identical problem and I have tried all the steps that were suggested.
It may not be relevant but I also have BT sports as a free extra from my mobile provider (EE) which uses my primary email and I had to provide a secondary email to activate this account.

Hi, @Mikeward001 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm really sorry you're having problems with your BT TV service. Are the internet channels missing from the TV guide or are you getting an error message like not subscribed?
I see you have followed advice from other threads did this include updating the software and performing a factory reset on the box?
