BT TV
We moved from Sky to BT TV on Monday, since connecting the you view box we have been unable to watch any to programmes via the guide function. The error shown is IPC6023 I’ve had numerous calls with BT and still not resolved, I can see from this forum it seems to be a multicast/ONT error on the broadband but when I’ve mentioned this I’m fobbed off with reasons why I need to wait and then ring back. We went from having tv to now having none 😐 is anyone able to help ?

Hi @Tbaker1077, welcome to the forum and sorry you're getting this error and could not get help when you called.
Is your order still open on your MyBT? As that may explain why you were asked to call back.
Check channel 330 and see if that works ok?
Try a reboot of the ONT and the Hub and then the BTTV box and see if that resolves the fault.
