BT box pro remote control

 When I press the back button on the remote the bt symbol at the top displays  constant blue for over 10 seconds.       This happens especially with the youtube app . Therefore when pressed it exits out of youtube altogether. Could this be    an issue with the box or remote? No button is sticking on the remote. Thanks

Have you tried giving the remote a reset to see if that resolves it? As it does sound like something with the remote since the light is on and the command is being constantly given to the box. 

If that doesnt work I would recommend getting in touch with our TV tech team and they will be able to help further.
