BT vision error code BTP-115-c

Hi, suddenly getting this error code on my BT box on my tv?

Unable to open player, spent an hour or so on the phone to offshore got nowhere.

Reset box, software, maintenance mode,restarted router etc , won’t load player.

Player works fine on IPhone on same connection, all other on demand services work fine on Vision box , Netflix, Amazon and catch up but not BT player.

Just stopped working two days ago??

New box from BT seems to have sorted it so far ……..

I am also getting this error now. I have the new BT TV Pro box.

How do I fix this?
