Our BT box stoped working whilst having a wired connection. We managed to get tv working by wifi but when using YouView can only get ‘Guide’ and ‘Recordings’. Apps, BT Player Review, TV Shows and Films are unavailable. We have the message YVM102.
I am waiting for my grandson to visit to try and reconnect with the wired system (I am elderly and not very good with technology but I try if given simple instructions) but don’t know when he will be able to get here as he is at university miles away. Can you help with any ideas on how to get everything working correctly as our tv is our lifeline. Thank you.

Hi, @Toptaurus welcome to the community and thanks for posting, the YVM102 error indicates your BT TV box isn't connected to the internet. This Youtube Video guide may help you set up the wired connection again. Is it a direct connection using an ethernet cable or are you using powerline adapters?
