Help! After several weeks waiting to be connected to BT fibre broadband, and after multiple phone conversations and several visits from BT and Openreach engineers, we are now connected to broadband. However, when we tried to view BT TV, we were confronted with error code BTP-15000. After more telephone conversations with BT and a visit from another engineer, we have been told that the equipment is all working correctly and that this is an account issue. Despite all this we seem to be no nearer being able to watch BT TV. Can someone please point us in the direction of a solution. Thank you. John

Re: BTP-15000
Hi @Hogarty4971 and thanks for getting back.
As far as I'maware residential services aren't compatible with business products. @DarrenDev might be able/advise to help if he's around.
Cheers
David
