@cranfan Hopefully it’s all been set up properly and everything will work ok when your box arrives. Your Sky Sports channels on the EPG should be fine. If you ever have to use the NOW app on the EETV box you should find that it will automatically login to your account that you’ve set up with BT  every time without you needing to do a thing. Is your line speed fast enough to get the TNT Sports Ultimate channels ( 433 & 465) on the EPG?

I upgraded my broadband speed, so it should work with Ultimate.
