Hi all , our box has suddenly stopped recording but only on channel 4, including things we have set up as a series link. Have tried a retune of channels, rebooted box etc, but still getting the issue but only on channel 4 ( E4, more 4 still record ok ) anyone else had this issue ?

Sorry you're having problems recording Channel 4. Are you seeing any error messages?

Thanks for your reply , no it’s just saying failed to record when we do a test
Hi I don’t think so, checked Ariel, also done a reboot and retuned all channels and have 93% free 🙈 at a total loss. E4 and more4 and 4 plus one recording ok , just channel 4 playing up
