Hi @ayns Thanks for posting, I'm sorry about that. What issues are you experiencing with the TV box before you have to reset it? Are you getting any error messages?

Not getting any error messages that i can see, but if the box is allowed to go into stanby mode and then switched back on itll constantly freeze on the Youview screen. Only factory resetting sorts it out until the next time it is in standby. And the process needs to be repeated.
