Great news guys, the missing channels have arrived this morning. Thanks for the help
We also have another Pro tv box which did cause problems in setting up our subscription. Everything’s fine now though. We can only watch/record our subscription channels on one nominated box. We can use the other box for Netflix and NOW apps and also to record the Freeview channels as normal.
But how did they arrive?! Please update the thread to say what you did to solve the missing IP channels in the EPG, please
I did nothing, the channels simply appeared, maybe with the help of bt experts here
@Zubi there was probably an order stuck in the background and a remote refresh was done which pushed them through. Glad it got sorted for you 👍
