I have the ee tv entertainment package which includes now entertainment, Discovery plus and Netflix basic. From the 10th of jan this year i have been paying a extra £9 for netflix premium however when i look at my account its says i have the basic plan and can't watch anything in 4k which i believe is one of the main points of the upgrade. When will this show on my account i have already paid for one month.
Also is there any way to get the new ee branded tv box and wifi hub?
I can’t help with the Netflix issue, that is one for BT to sort, I suggest giving them a call.
On EE branded kit, they are working on offers/journeys to entice you across to EE currently and when offered a move I suspect you might get an EE hub, but the TV kit is exactly the same hardware just with a different shell.
I’m not sure they will swap that out, but I don’t think anyone knows for sure at the moment as the move process isn’t finalised.
