I have had the Bt tv Pro box for a few months connected by ethernet cable.
Everything worked until recentl,now the Internet connection is lost.
I have tried swopping cables ,tried setting up WiFi via the Bt wholehome system without any success.
I have also tried resetting the box but the Internet still doesn't work.
All my other devices work OK.
I would be grateful for any advice.
I have also had trouble with Ethernet, but over WIFI is fine.
As for your issue have you tried factory resetting the box?
Thanks for the reply,yes I've tried the factory reset.
I'm going to try setting the WiFi connection again.
