Hi

If any mods could tell me. .

I am  currently with ee but would like bttv would like to know is it worth while switching or hang on until it rebrands.   I am happy with ee so if its only a matter of months i would hang on.

I might be wrong but I suspect they will want to launch the rebrand with some fanfare and create a buzz, so I suspect any new features, apps or channels will be held back until then.

If you want BT TV now there is nothing that should prevent you moving to EE TV when the time is right, everyone will eventually regardless.

@Deano123 no you'll need BT Broadband. Technically, they're two separate suppliers until the full rebrand happens as they'll need to migrate to a single billing, accounting and operations platform as I'd imagine they're different at the moment

Sorry @Deano123 I completely missed that nugget, what @NigelB72 said.

@Deano123 there's no timeline in place for the rebrand but it's definitely happening in the not too distant future but who knows when is anyone's guess. If you want BT TV, then you'll need to move your broadband to BT Retail

When the rebrand occurs will this be grounds for cancellation.

No interest whatsoever of ever having another account with EE for previous customer service issues.

thanks
