Having issue. My bt broadband/ee tv order can’t be ‘completed’ until I download the bt wifi app on my phone. The problem is that it doesn’t seem to be available anymore on the app store
OK, you can ignore that. Your order cannot complete as part of it has failed. I recommend you call the helpdesk, as the order will need to be resubmitted for your Now TV account to be set up correctly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
