Maybe I should ask them to swap the box to a newer model. I'll lose a lot of recordings, but it'll be worth it if I have no (or at least a lot less) recording failures and other issues.

I dont really have anything to report or take support on, I wasnt the OP, that was @MartinJSUK I was just sympathising as sometimes my box has the odd bug or issue, which I find 'acceptable'.

Had an engineer visit just over a week ago, replaced the phone socket, seemed to be significant improvement to both internet speed and TV box reliability, but now had the same bug again, from Sky Sports F1 through Now TV. Ended up with another faulty recording (got 2 seconds of program before it cut out) as a result, now probably won't have time to watch it. I'll raise it with customer support.
I had the exact same problem with the F2 sprint race earlier today, watching it now through the Now app on the TV Box Pro.
This has happened before on the Sky F1 channel.
I had a weird bug at the weekend when watching a recording of Soton vs United.....although the recording was complete it every now and then it would just end and say "The Recording has ended" on a completely purple background, however it was possible to re-load it from My TV and then skip past that point and carry on. Proper weird.
